摘要
以某型重型纵轴式掘进机为载体,研究掘进机在横截工况下截割部的振动以及受力特性。首先在LS-DYNA中进行掘进机截割头截割岩石仿真,获得掘进机工作条件下截割头所受到的外载荷,然后运用ANSYS软件对截割部包括悬臂段、截割减速箱及截割电机箱体进行柔性化,最后在ADAMS中对整机进行刚柔耦合分析。研究结果为掘进机的截割部减振设计研究及其结构优化改进提供了理论依据。
Taking a heavy-duty longitudinal-axis roadheader as the carrier to study the vibration and stress characteristics of the cutting section of the roadheader under the cross-sectional conditions.First,the roadheader cutting head cutting rock simulation in LS-DYNA was obtained under the working conditions of the roadheader,received the external load of the cutting head.Then used ANSYS software to flexibly cut the cutting section including the cantilever section,the cutting reduction box and the cutting motor box.Finally the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic analysis of the whole roadheader was carried out in ADAMS.The results provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the vibration reduction design of the cutting section of the roadheader.
