摘要
利用HyperMesh、ANSYS APDL、ADAMS之间的交互接口,建立了采煤机截割部的刚柔耦合动力学模型。将LS-DYNA仿真得到的滚筒载荷作为系统负载进行动力学仿真,得到了采煤机截割部传动系统工作过程中的动力学响应以及柔性摇臂的应力规律,通过对比纯刚体动力学仿真与刚柔耦合动力学仿真结果,分析了柔性摇臂对采煤机截割部动力学响应的影响。对采煤机截割部的优化设计具有重要的指导意义。
A rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model was established by using the interface of HyperMesh,ANSYS APDL and ADAMS.The real load of shearer drum was obtained by simulated in LS-DYNA and was used as system load of the model.The rocker stress law and the dynamic response during shearer working were obtained by solving the model.By comparing the dynamic simulation results of all-rigid body with the result of rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model,the influence of the flexible rocker on the dynamic response of the cutting part was analyzed.It has important guiding significance for the optimized design of the shearer cutting part.
