摘要
采煤机拉杠是联接采煤机大型部件的重要紧固件,具有高承载性,螺纹部位的加工质量是保证零件紧固性优良的重要因素。由于拉杠属于超长比例细轴,螺纹车削质量受各种切削因素干扰较大,因此,拉杆螺纹加工是车削中重要的工序。分析并阐述采用数控车床的拉杠螺纹加工方法,从而保证螺纹车削质量。
The pull rod of shearer is an important fastener connecting the large parts of shearer.Threaded parts processing quality is an important factor to guarantee parts good tightness.Because the pull rod belongs to super long proportion thin shaft,the thread turning quality was affected by various factor of cutting is bigger.Therefore,the rod thread machining is an important process in the turning process.Analyzed and expounded the machining method of pull rod thread by the CNC lathe,so as to ensure the quality of thread turning.
