摘要
介绍了采煤机行走轮的热处理技术要求以及开裂情况。通过形貌观察、低倍组织观察、硬度检查、金相组织、SEM检查、能谱分析等一系列方法进行综合分析,找出轮齿渗碳淬火开裂原因,并给出改进建议,从而为新工艺的优化或制定提供依据。
Introduced the technical requirements about heat treatment and cracking methods for shearer traveling wheel.Comprehensively analyzed through a series of methods such as morphology observation,low magnification microstructure observation,hardness inspection,metallographic structure,SEM inspection,and energy spectrum analysis to find the cracking cause of carburizing and Quenching for wheel teeth.Then put forward suggestions for improvement in order to provide basis for optimization or formulation of new process.
