摘要 研制一种全液压钻机三层结构配油套,由内、外钢套和铜合金层紧紧结合为一体组成,解决了传统结构配油套易抱死主轴、传动效率降低、生产成本高的问题;介绍了全液压钻机三层结构配油套的结构和配油套的加工工艺,重点介绍了离心浇筑工艺和真空、高温、加压烧结工艺。 Developed a three-layer structure oil distribution sleeve for a full hydraulic drilling rig,which is composed of the inner and outer steel sleeve and copper alloy layers tightly integrated into one body.Solved the problems of the traditional oil distribution sleeve,such as easy to lock the main shaft,low transmission efficency and high production cost.The structure of the three-layer structure oil distribution sleeve of the full hydraulic drilling rig and the processing technology of the oil distribution sleeve were introduced.The centrifugal casting process and the vacuum,high temperature,and pressure sintering process were mainly introduced.
