摘要
介绍了准格尔旗煤矿复杂的煤层条件。考虑煤层储量、开采工艺等实际问题,依照综采三机配套选型设计原则,选用一套包含采煤机、刮板输送机、液压支架的联合采煤机组,为该煤层的高产、高效提供了重要前提和保障,为其他中厚煤层的综采提供了借鉴。
Introduced the complex coal seam conditions of Zhungeerqi coal mine.Considering the actural problems of coal seam reserves and mining technology,according to the design principle of type selection of the three machines supporting of fully mechanized mining,selected a set of combined coal mining unit including shearer,scraper conveyor and hydraulic support.Provided important prerequisites and guarantees for the high production and efficiency of this coal seam,and provided reference for the fully mechanized mining of other medium-thick coal seams.
