摘要 针对矿用带式输送机功耗较大的缺陷,对带速与输送量之间的配比进行了建模分析。设计了一种基于扩展T-S模糊神经网络的可变速矿用带式输送机控制系统。以高斯函数作为隶属函数,将匹配的可变带速和输送量作为网络的输入值,并将输出的功率作为主控功率值去控制从控电机,达到通过电流的自动调整控制从控电机,从而实现矿用输送机整体功率保持平衡状态的自动控制的目的。仿真结果表明:该系统可以实现矿用带式输送机多电机下的可变带速的功率平衡,能够达到输送机节能优化的目标,为煤矿企业自动化控制提供了新的思路和方向。 In view of the defect that the power consumption of the belt conveyor in coal mine is large,the ratio between belt speed and conveying capacity was modeled and analyzed.A control system of variable speed coal mine belt conveyor based on expanded T-S fuzzy neural network was designed.Gauss function was used as the membership function,the matching variable belt speed and conveying capacity were used as the input value of the network,and the output power was used as the main control power value to control the slave motor,then achieved the automatic adjustment and control of the slave motor through the current,so as to realize the purpose of automatic control of mining conveyor integration power balance.The simulation results show that the system can achieve the power balance of variable belt speed under the condition of multiple motors of mining belt conveyor,achieve the goal of energy saving optimization of conveyor,and provide a new idea and direction for the automation control of the coal mining.
