硅烷偶联剂改性生物炭的疏水性能优化试验 被引量:1

摘要 为了开发一种改善填埋场覆盖层疏水透气性能的材料,该文采用硅烷偶联剂KH570为改性剂,对生物炭进行疏水改性。考察了改性时间、改性剂与改性材料比、改性温度、烘干时间、烘干温度对生物炭疏水性能的影响,并对改性后生物炭的形态和结构进行表征。结果表明,疏水性生物炭的最佳工艺条件为:改性剂与改性材料比为11∶1,改性温度30℃,改性时间12 h,烘干温度为50℃,烘干时间为4 h。扫描电镜和红外光谱分析表明KH570中的疏水性基团有效地结合到生物炭表面,达到了疏水改性的目的。 In order to develop a material to improve the hydrophobic and permeability of landfill soil cover,the hydrophobic modification of biochar was carried out by using silane coupling agent KH570 as modifier.The effects of modification time,ratio of modifier to modified material,modification temperature,drying time and drying temperature on hydrophobic properties of biochar were investigated,and the morphology and structure of modified biochar were characterized.The results showed that the optimum technological conditions of hydrophobic biochar were the ratio of the modifier to the modified material as 11∶1,reaction temperature 30℃,modification time 12 h,and drying temperature 50℃and drying time 4 h.Scanning electron microscope and infrared spectrum analysis show that the hydrophobic groups in KH570 were effectively bound to the surface of biochar,achieving the purpose of hydrophobic modification.
