CuCl2改性催化剂汞氧化能力的实验研究

摘要 该文用CuCl2改性SCR催化剂,使用固定床开展了改性催化剂的汞氧化活性实验,分析了烟气温度和成分对其汞氧化能力的影响。实验结果表明:模拟烟气环境下,改性催化剂的汞氧化率高于未改性催化剂;改性催化剂的汞氧化率随温度上升而下降,300℃时降到80%以下;改性催化剂汞氧化率随CuCl2负载量增加先上升后下降,5%CuCl2负载量的改性催化剂汞氧化率最高,200℃时汞氧化率达94%;烟气中HCl能增强催化剂的汞氧化能力,SO2起抑制作用。 SCR catalysts modified by CuCl2 were used for mercury oxidation experiments.Factors such as temperature and flue gas composition were tested for their effects on the oxidizing ability of the catalysts.Modified catalysts are more efficient for elemental mercury oxidation in the simulated flue gas.Elemental mercury oxidation efficiency drops down while temperature rises.Mercury oxidation efficiency is less than 80%while the temperature rises above 300℃.Elemental mercury oxidation efficiency increases first,and then decreases during contents of CuCl2 drives up in catalysts.The oxidation efficiency increases to the maximum while the mass fraction of CuCl2 is 5%in the catalyst.As for the gases components,SO2 inhibits the elemental mercury oxidation ability of the catalyst while HCl enhances it.
