中医理疗干预在骨科无痛病房中的价值探析

The application value of TCM physical therapy in painless wards of department of orthopedics

目的:探讨与分析中医理疗在骨科无痛病房中的干预价值。方法:选取2018年7月—2019年7月于我院骨科接受保守治疗的膝关节骨性关节炎患者60例作为研究对象。应用随机数表法分为干预组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组接受常规的治疗与护理,干预组在此基础上实施中医理疗干预。比较两组静息痛及疗效,观察不良反应。结果:经中医理疗干预,干预组疼痛程度较对照组明显减轻,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。干预组的疗效明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。两组不良反应比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:中医理疗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效确切,安全性好,值得在临床推广。

Objective:To explore and analyze the intervention value of TCM physical therapy in painless wards of department of ortho-pedics.Methods:From July 2018 to July 2019,60 patients with knee osteoarthritis who received conservative treatment in our orthope-dics department were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into intervention group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group received conventional treatment and nursing.Besides,the intervention group was given TCM physical therapy intervention.The resting pain and curative effect of the two groups were compared,and adverse reactions were observed.Results:After TCM physical therapy intervention,the degree of pain in the intervention group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The curative effect of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:TCM physiotherapy is effective and safe in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,which is worthy of clinical application.
