宫颈上皮内瘤变的中医治疗现状及探讨

宫颈癌是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,发病率和病死率在女性恶性肿瘤中居第四位,已严重威胁妇女的身心健康,早期病变为宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN),即癌前病变。中医药对宫颈上皮内瘤变在治疗上提倡扶正改邪,以辨证施治内服中药、外用中药和内外兼治为主,临床疗效确切,有显著优势。

Cervical cancer is one of the most common gynecological malignancies.Its morbidity and mortality ranks fourth in the world among female malignant tumors.It has seriously threatened the physical and mental health of Chinese women.The early lesion is cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,precancerous lesions.Chinese medicine advocates strengthening and correcting evils in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.It is mainly based on syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,external Chinese medicine and internal and external treatment.The clinical curative effect is remarkable and has obvious advantages,so as to treat cervical epithelial tumor and prevent it from developing into cervical cancer.
