摘要
德国中小学的教育质量监测既不同于英美等发达国家,也不同于中国等发展中国家,而是形成了自身的质量监测特色。本研究以德国巴伐利亚州的中小学教育教育质量监测为依托,从外部监测及内部监测两种不同的实施形式出发,对其中小学质量监测特点所涉及的指导原则、目标领域、实施过程、实施工具、团队建设、反馈及完善等方面展开论述。同时,通过与中国中小学教育质量体系进行对比,以小见大地期望为中国的中小学教育质量体系建设提供具有建设性的借鉴价值。
Germany is a very famous country for its own education,and German’s evaluation system in fundamental system of education is considered to be different from Angel-saxon countries.Based on the evaluation assurance of fundamental schools in Bavaria of Germany,with its two different forms–external forms and internal forms,this research is focusing on the features of fundamental schools in Bavaria of Germany.And it is including those respects,such as Guiding-principle,targetdomain,implementation-process,implementation-instrument,team-building,Feedback and improvement.Meanwhile,it is also providing constructive experience and reference for Chinese evaluation systems,by comparing them.
