ICU重症肺炎患者应用系统性护理的效果及对VAP发生的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨重症监护室(Intensive care unit,ICU)重症肺炎患者应用系统性护理的效果及对呼吸机相关性肺炎(Ventilator-associated pneumonia,VAP)发生的影响。方法:选取2016年3月至2017年3月在该院就诊的ICU重症肺炎患者52例,随机分为常规组和系统护理组,各26例。常规组采用常规护理,系统护理组患者采取系统性护理进行。观察两组患者呼吸相关指标,统计机械通气时间、ICU住院时间、APACHEⅡ(Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation)评分、VAP发生率和护理满意度。结果:系统护理组患者心率、呼吸频率、PaCO 2水平低于常规组,SaO 2、PaO 2水平高于常规组,患者机械通气时间、ICU住院时间、APACHEⅡ评分低于常规组,患者VAP发生率低于常规组患者,患者护理满意度高于常规组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:系统性护理对ICU重症肺炎患者的干预效果显著,能够改善患者机械通气状况,缩短ICU住院时间,对VAP发生有一定的预防作用,在临床应用中具有重要意义。
