我国儿童权利实施的现状调查研究--《儿童权利公约》签署30周年之际

Investigation of the Implementation Status of Children′s Rights in China:on the 30th Anniversary of the Signing of the Convention on the Rights of the Child

1989年11月,联合国大会通过了《儿童权利公约》。自1992年《儿童权利公约》在我国实施以来,我国的儿童权利保护取得了一定的成绩,对儿童权利的认识逐步提高。但通过调查发现目前仍存在成人与儿童对儿童权益的认识和维护存在差异,成人对待儿童权益的观念和行为不一致等问题。学校、家庭和社会需要通过多种途径和方式使儿童知悉自己的权利,并尽最大可能维护儿童的合法权益,以确保儿童幸福、快乐、健康成长。

In November 1989,the general assembly of the United Nations adopted the Convention on the Rights of the Child.Since its implementation in China in 1992,some achievements have been made in the protection of children′s rights,and the awareness of children′s rights has been gradually improved.However,through the investigation,it is found that there are differences between adults and children in their understanding and maintenance of children′s rights and interests,as well as differences in adults′concepts and behaviors towards children′s rights and interests.Schools,families and society need to make children aware of their rights through various ways and means,and to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of children as much as possible,so as to ensure their happy and healthy growth.
