摘要
利用便携式光合仪测定大田栽培模式下油用牡丹‘凤丹’的光合、蒸腾特性,为其栽培管理提供理论依据。结果表明:‘凤丹’牡丹净光合速率日变化呈单峰曲线或双峰曲线,日净光合速率的最高值出现在8:00或10:00,而后呈下降趋势,18:00降到最低。4月、5月‘凤丹’牡丹净光合速率日平均值明显高于其他月份。‘凤丹’牡丹蒸腾速率呈现出明显的单峰曲线,日蒸腾速率的最高值出现在8:00—14:00,没有明显的规律性,最低值出现在18:00。6月、7月‘凤丹’牡丹蒸腾速率日平均值明显高于其他月份。气孔导度的日变化均呈典型的单峰曲线,最高值出现在8:00或10:00,18:00为全天最低值。不同月份‘凤丹’牡丹气孔导度日平均值无显著差异。
The photosynthetic and transpiration characteristics of Paeonia ostii‘Feng Dan’in field cultivation mode were determined by portable photosynthesis apparatus to provide a theoretical basis for its cultivation and management.The results showed that net photosynthetic rate diurnal variation of Paeonia ostii‘Feng Dan’presented single-peak curve or double-peaked curve.The daily net photosynthetic rate reached its peak value at 8:00 or 10:00 am,and then declined,and at 6:00 pm reached the lowest.The daily average value was apparently higher in April and May than in other months.The transpiration rate of Paeonia ostii‘Feng Dan’presented obvious single-peak curve.The transpiration rate reached its peak value during 8:00 am and 2:00 pm,and at 6:00 pm reached the lowest,presenting no obvious regularity.The daily average value was apparently higher in June and July than in other months.The stomatal conductance diurnal variation presented typical singlepeak curve.At 8:00 or 10:00 am,it reached the peak value,and at 6:00 pm the lowest.However,its daily average value showed no significant difference in different test month.
