电子束处理对茄子种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

摘要 以茄子材料07-15和25-5的干种子以及经25%PEG渗透处理的引发种子为材料,使用电子直线加速器辐照装置进行辐照处理,并进行室内发芽试验,观测幼苗生长情况,研究电子束辐照对茄子种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同茄子材料对电子束的敏感性差异显著,07-15抗电子束辐照能力强于25-5,主要表现在种子发芽率、萌发速度、幼苗形态和根系活力上;不同萌发状态种子对辐照的敏感性不同,经25%PEG渗透调节处理的引发种子对辐照较干种子敏感。大辐照剂量处理(> 600 Gy)显著降低了种子活力和萌发速度,幼苗生长也受到明显的抑制。可见,电子束处理能有效影响茄子种子的萌发和幼苗生长,为其辐照诱变育种提供有效的诱变源。 The dry seeds and initiation seeds treated by 25%PEG of eggplant 07-15 and 25-5 were used as materials.The electron linear accelerator was used to irradiate the seeds,and the indoor germination test was carried out to observe the seedling growth,and the effects of electron beam irradiation on eggplant seed germination and seedling growth were studied.The results showed that the sensitivity of different eggplant materials to electron beam was significantly different,and the resistance of 07-15 to electron beam irradiation was stronger than that of 25-5,mainly in seed germination rate,germination speed,seedling morphology and root activity.The sensitivity of seeds in different germination state to irradiation was different.The seeds treated by25%PEG were more sensitive to irradiation than dry seeds.High dose treatment(>600 Gy)significantly reduced seed vigor and germination speed,and seedling growth was also significantly inhibited.It could be seen that electron beam treatment could effectively affect the germination of eggplant seeds and seedling growth,and provide an effective mutagenic source for radiation mutation breeding.
