InDel标记及其在食用菌研究中的应用与展望

InDel marker and its application and prospection in research of edible fungi

InDel分子标记是指同一物种不同个体或亲缘关系较近物种的同源序列或基因组相同位点的序列中存在不同数量碱基的插入(insertion)或缺失(deletion)。InDel具有数量多、扩增产物稳定、多态性高、易于检测等优点,目前在农作物分子标记辅助育种研究中已取得了重要进展,但在食用菌研究中报道较少。综述InDel标记的产生机制和特点,及其在食用菌中构建遗传图谱的应用,对性状和基因进行标记、定位以及遗传多样性研究,并展望其发展和应用前景。

InDel(insertion-deletion)molecular marker refers to the insertion or deletion of different size bases by sequences of homologous sequences in the same locus of the same species in different individuals or related species of the same species.In Del has many advantages,such as stable quantity,stable amplification,high polymorphism and easy detection.At present,InDel has made important progress in the research of molecular marker-assisted breeding of crops,but there are few reports in the study of edible fungi.This paper reviews the mechanism and characteristics of In Del labeling and its application in constructing genetic maps in edible fungi.The traits and genes were studied for marker,localization and genetic diversity,and their development and application prospects were prospected.
