摘要
针对一款轻卡车燃油表不准的问题,用CANOE工具记录各工况燃油CAN报文数据并和燃油表实际指示位置、燃油传感器电阻值数据对比,判断出根本原因。对燃油策略逻辑分析,找到燃油表控制策略在某些特定工况改装车上“水土不服”的原因。通过优化设计,解决原设计缺陷,最后成功实施有效的解决方案。
In view of the inaccuracy of the fuel gauge of a light truck,this paper analyzes the CAN message data recorded by CANOE tool and compares it with the actual indicated position of the fuel gauge and the resistance value of the fuel sensor to determine the root cause.Based on the logic analysis of fuel strategy,the reason of"acclimatization"of fuel gauge control strategy on refitted vehicles under certain working conditions is found.Through the optimization design,solve the original design defects,and finally successfully implement an effective solution.
