社会支持对戒毒人员戒毒动机的影响——链式中介效应分析

The effect of social support on motivation to abstain from drug——The mediating roles of resilience and positive coping style

目的探讨社会支持对戒毒人员戒毒动机的影响,以及心理弹性、积极应对方式在两者关系中的中介作用.方法采用社会支持量表、心理弹性量表、应对方式量表和戒毒动机量表对299名强制戒毒人员进行调查.结果1)社会支持与心理弹性、积极应对方式和戒毒动机四者之间均呈显著正相关.2)中介效应检验表明,积极应对方式在社会支持和戒毒动机之间的中介作用成立,心理弹性和积极应对方式在社会支持和戒毒动机间的链式中介作用成立.结论社会支持既可以通过积极应对方式的中介作用,也可以通过心理弹性和积极应对方式的链式中介作用间接影响戒毒动机.

Objective To explore the relationship between social support and motivation to abstain from drugs,and the possible mediating role of resilience and positive coping style between them.Methods A sample of 299 drug abstainers were surveyed with the Social Support Revalued Scale,Connor-Davidson Resilience,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire and Questionnaires on Motivation to Abstain from Drugs.Results 1)Social support,resilience,positive coping style and motivation to abstain from drugs positive corrections with each other.2)Social support affected motivation to abstain from drugs through the mediating role of positive coping style and through the chain mediating role of both resilience and positive coping style.Conclusion Social support influences the motivation to abstain from drugs through the mediating role of positive coping style and the chain mediating role of both resilience and positive coping style.
