转移因子口服溶液联合大环内酯类抗菌药物对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿症状改善及肺功能的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的 探究大环内酯类抗菌药物联合转移因子口服溶液对肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿效果.方法 选取2017年5月-2019年5月永城市妇幼保健院MPP患儿94例,简单随机分组为分为研究组(n=47)、对照组(n=47),对照组予以大环内酯类抗菌药物,在对照组之上研究组联合转移因子口服溶液,对比两组临床症状缓解时间、治疗前后肺功能、炎性因子、治疗效果.结果 研究组治疗总有效率91.49% 高于对照组74.47%(P<0.05);研究组退热、肺啰音、止咳缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组FVC、PEF、MMF水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α 水平均有所降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 转移因子口服溶液联合大环内酯类抗菌药物治疗MPP患儿效果确切,可抑制临床症状,减轻炎性反应,增强肺功能.
