PBL联合情景模拟教学法在小儿骨科临床护理教学中的应用 被引量:14

摘要 目的 探究PBL联合情景模拟教学法在小儿骨科临床护理教学中的应用效果.方法 选择自2018年1月-2018年12月在郑州大学附属儿童医院小儿骨科病区进行临床实习的60名实习护士作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组30名,对照组采用常规方法进行护理教学,研究组采用PBL联合情景模拟教学法进行护理教学,对比两组教学效果.结果 教学前,两组实习护士理论知识考核评分、临床实践护理操作能力评分、沟通技能评分及评判性思维能力评分对比均无显著差异(P>0.05),教学后,研究组实习护士理论知识考核评分、临床实践护理操作能力评分、沟通技能评分及评判性思维能力评分均显著高于对照组,两组对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 PBL联合情景模拟教学法在小儿骨科临床护理教学中的应用效果显著.
