摘要 环状核糖核酸(circular ribonucleic acid,circRNA)是肝细胞性肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)与RNA领域研究的新热点之一。与传统含5′和3′末端的线性RNA不同,circRNA分子呈封闭环状结构,为一类特殊的非编码RNA分子,富含microRNA(miRNA)结合位点,在肝细胞中起miRNA海绵(miRNA sponge)作用,以竞争性内源RNA机制调控miRNA抑制/促进靶基因表达,在HCC进展中起重要作用。本文述评了circRNA在HCC进展中表达、调控机制及其潜在价值。 Circular RNA(circRNA)is one of the new hotspots in the study of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and RNA.Different from the traditional 5′and 3′terminal linear RNA,circRNA is a special non-coding RNA molecule with a closed loop structure,containing rich in microRNA(miRNA)binding sites,acting as miRNA sponge(miRNA sponge)in hepatocytes,and regulating miRNA play important roles during HCC progression by inhibiting or promoting tumor-associated genes expression through competitive endogenous RNA mechanism.This article reviews the expression,regulatory mechanism and potential value of circRNA in HCC.
