南通市崇川区学龄前儿童龋病流行病学调查

Investigation on deciduous dental caries in preschool children in Chongchuan District of Nantong City

目的:调查南通市崇川区学龄前儿童龋病流行状况,了解南通市崇川区学龄前儿童口腔现状,并指导开展龋病防治工作。方法:对南通崇川区8所幼儿园1743名学龄前儿童进行口腔检查,按照第四次全国口腔流行病学调查方案计算患龋率、龋均、充填率等。采用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计分析。结果:1743名儿童中,乳牙患龋1028例,患龋率为58.98%,龋均3.17±3.92,充填率仅2.28%。患龋率男女无差异,随年龄增长而增加,6岁时到达高峰,而龋均随着年龄增长整体呈上升趋势,4岁达到峰值,5岁稍下降,随后又有所上升。结论:南通市崇川区学龄前儿童患龋率低于全国平均水平,但充填率较低,应加强口腔卫生宣教,做好预防工作。

Objective:To investigate the prevalence deciduous dental caries among preschool children in Chongchuan District of Nantong City,and to understand the oral cavity status of preschool children for providing scientific reference of caries prevention and treatment.Methods:According to the criteria recommended by the Fourth National Oral Health Investigation,the deciduous caries of 1743 preschool children from 8 public kindergartens in Chongchuan District of Nantong City were examined.The caries status materials,including the prevalence of dental caries,the mean dmft and filling rate,were calculated.The results were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 software package.Results:Among 1743 children,1028 cases of deciduous teeth suffered from caries,with a caries rate of 58.98%,the mean dmft was 3.17±3.92,and a filling rate of only 2.28%.There was no significant difference of caries prevalence between male and female.The caries prevalence increased with age and 6 years old group was higher than other groups.The mean dmft tended to increase with age,which reached a peak at the age of 4 and decreased slightly at the age of 5 and then rose again.Conclusion:The prevalence of caries in preschool children in Chongchuan District of Nantong City is lower than the national average while the filling rate is low.Oral health education and necessary measures for early prevention of dental caries must be taken into consideration.
