认同融合与不道德亲群体行为的关系探究 被引量:1

摘要 通过增强个体对群体的认同与向心力,以提高整个群体的凝聚力和实力,这普遍被认为是一个发挥群体力量并促进群体向更好的方向发展的一个重要途径。然而,学界对个体融合于其所在群体而带来的负面影响却仍较少研究。本文提出了个体的认同融合可能促使个体从事不道德亲群体行为的观点。为检验这一假设,本研究通过对广东某高校的314名学生进行了调查。研究结果表明,本研究所提出的假设得到观察数据的支持。该研究的发现有利于进一步了解认同融合可能有的负面影响以及加深对不道德亲群体行为前因变量的探究,为后续的进一步研究提供必要的支持。
