摘要 研制了特殊环境下精密齿轮传动基础数据测试平台,该平台适用于输入功率在30 kW以下、输入额定扭矩小于191 N·m、最高输入转速4 500 r/min的齿轮传动装置,可用于半消声可靠性试验环境和热真空可靠性试验环境等特殊环境的传动精度实验、传动效率实验、启动力矩实验、扭转刚度与回差实验以及其他传动实验,并能够自由组合实现平行轴或相交轴传动系统的测试。通过对谐波减速器进行不同温度环境下的传动刚度及回差的测试,验证了该平台具有较高的测试精度。 In order to obtain the basic data of gears and their transmission devices in special and extreme environments,and to realize the reliability and life test,a testing platform for the basic data of precision gear transmission in special environments was developed.The platform can be used for transmission precision experiment,transmission efficiency experiment,start-up moment experiment,torsional stiffness and backlash experiment and other transmission experiment of transmission device with input power below 30 kW,input rated torque less than 191 Nm and maximum input rotational speed 4500 r/min in special environment such as semi-anechoic reliability test environment and thermal vacuum reliability test environment.The parallel or intersecting axle transmission system can be tested by free combination.The test results show that the platform has high test accuracy by testing the transmission stiffness and backlash of the harmonic reducer under different temperature environments.
