云南西南边疆医学诊断资源整合参与意愿影响因素探析

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Medical Diagnosis Resources Integration and Participation Intention in Southwest Frontier of Yunnan

医学独立实验室作为促进医疗卫生事业发展的医学诊断资源整合形式,在中国已取得了长足发展,但由于受发展环境等因素的影响,其服务范围尚未实现全覆盖。全国各地对其他形式的医学诊断资源整合进行了积极的探索,但总体成果不明显。以云南西南边疆地区为例,以调研为基本手段,研究医学从业人员对医学诊断资源整合的参与意愿,并构建二元logistic回归模型对影响因素进行深入分析。结果表明:影响因素中,学历、单位类型、制度信任、执行者信任对参与意愿有显著影响,而性别、年龄、职称、工作类型、月入水平与单位运行状况的影响并不显著。当地政府主导完善相关规章制度,提高医学从业人员参与率,成为推进医学诊断资源整合实现探索成果转化亟待解决的关键问题。

As a form of medical diagnosis resources integration,the medical independent laboratory which has promoted the development of medical and health,has made great progress in China.But due to the development environment and other factors,its service scope has not yet achieved full coverage,and the overall results are not obvious.This paper takes the southwestern frontier area of Yunnan Province as an example,studies the participation willingness of medical practitioners in the integration of medical diagnostic resources with the basic investigation method,and builds a binary logistic regression model to conduct an in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of the participation willingness.The results show that among the influencing factors,educational background,unit type,institutional trust and executor trust have significant influence on participation intention,while gender,age,professional title,job type,monthly income level and unit operation status have no significant influence.The local government plays a leading role in improving relevant rules and regulations and improving the participation rate of medical practitioners,which has become a key problem to be solved urgently in promoting the research on the integration form of medical diagnostic resources and realizing the achievement transformation.
