摘要 首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院在原有信息化建设基础上,基于电子病历系统设计部署了脑血管专科大数据科研平台。该平台旨在通过对院内外多源异构数据的集成、共享,建立覆盖临床科研一体化、疾病智能预测、科研知识库、临床决策支持及真实世界研究等多种数据利用场景的应用模式,实现临床-科研一体化协同发展;同时,为多中心临床研究提供强大的数据及技术支撑,整体提升区域内对疑难脑血管病、急诊危重症患者的综合救治能力。 On the basis of information construction,cerebrovascular disease big data platform was established based on electronic medical records(EMR)in Beijing Tian Tan hospital,Capital Medical University.The platform aims to construct the data application mode covering multiple data utilization scenarios such as clinical and scientific research integration service,intelligent disease prediction,scientific knowledge base,clinical decision support and real world research and etc.,and realize the coordination development of clinical and scientific research,through the integration and sharing of multisource and heterogeneous data inside and outside the hospital;meanwhile,provide data and technical support for multi-center clinical studies,and improve the overall treatment ability of refractory cerebrovascular diseases and critically ill emergency patients in the region.
