摘要
钻攻机的立柱单元作为钻攻机的核心部件之一,其受力与形变对整台钻攻机的几何精度及使用寿命有重要影响。文章针对i5M1.4型钻攻机立柱单元进行研究,从静态有限元分析得到了立柱最大应力及应变产生部位,从模态分析得到立柱的前6阶固有频率和振型。
As one of the core components of the drilling and tapping machine,the column unit of the drilling and tapping machine has an important influence on the geometric accuracy and service life of the whole drilling and tapping machine.In this paper,the column unit of i5M1.4 drilling and tapping machine is studied.The maximum stress and strain of the column are obtained from the static finite element analysis,and the first six natural frequencies and modes of the column are obtained from the modal analysis.
