近年来,TBM掘进已成为长隧洞施工技术的主要发展方向,但隧洞围岩固结灌浆无法与TBM掘进同步施工,成为影响项目直线工期的关键因素。文章就某市水源地引水隧洞成功实现钻孔灌浆与TBM掘进同步的施工技术进行分析、研究,为类似工程施工提供参考。

In recent years,TBM excavation has become the main development direction of long tunnel construction technology,but the consolidation and grouting of the surrounding rock of the tunnel cannot be synchronized with TBM excavation and has become a key factor affecting the straight-line construction period of the project.The article analyzes,the technology of successful construction of borehole grouting and TBM tunneling in a water source diversion tunnel in a city,and provides a reference for similar projects.
