摘要
为了更好地实现以本为本、以生为本的本科教育培养目标,提高市场营销专业人才培养质量,针对传统市场营销专业人才培养过程中存在的突出问题,在成果导向背景下,从专业课程体系、教学方式方法、校内外实践教学平台和考核评价体系四个方面提出人才培养策略.实践表明,成果导向背景下的市场营销专业人才培养方式提高了学生课堂的参与度与学习主动性,学生的综合应用能力和工程实践能力得到了有效提升.
In order to better achieve the training objective based on undergraduate education and students,and improve the talent training quality of marketing major,in view of the striking problems in traditional talent training process of marketing major,this paper put forward talent training strategies from four aspects:professional curriculum system,teaching methods,practical teaching platform inside and outside the school and assessment &evaluation system under the background of achievement orientation.The practice shows that the achievement-oriented talent training mode of marketing major can improve the participation and learning initiative of students.Moreover,the comprehensive application ability and engineering practice ability of students have been effectively improved.
