摘要
自闭症谱系障碍儿童的早期亲子互动与儿童之后的发展联系紧密,在自闭症谱系障碍儿童的亲子互动中,儿童与父母的互动行为相互影响。本文对自闭症谱系障碍儿童早期亲子互动的研究进行了梳理,发现自闭症谱系障碍儿童的发育水平影响其亲子互动,父母同步的互动行为、恰当的语言输入以及较高水平的亲子互动质量能够促进自闭症谱系障碍儿童多方面的发展,亲子互动疗法可通过对父母的亲子互动行为进行指导来改善自闭症谱系障碍儿童的行为问题等。文章最后总结了关于自闭症谱系障碍儿童早期亲子互动研究的相关启示,以期促进该领域的研究与实践的发展。
The early parent-child interaction is closely related to the development of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders(ASD),and the interaction behavior between children with ASD and their parents impacts each other.The research of parent-child interaction during the early period of children with ASD was discussed in this paper.It was found that the growth level of children with ASD affects their parentchild interaction,that parent synchronous interaction behavior,appropriate language input,and quality parent-child interaction can promote the development of children with ASD,and that the Parent-Child Interaction Therapy(PCIT),which instructs parents in their interaction behavior,can improve the behavior problem of children with ASD.Implications were discussed so as to promote the development of research and practice in this field.
