摘要
为考察大学应届毕业生的就业社会支持、个人力和就业焦虑之间的内在作用机制,深入探讨性别对于该机制的影响,采用大学生就业社会支持问卷、个人力量表和大学毕业生就业焦虑问卷,随机调查了350名大学应届毕业生。结果发现:大学应届毕业生的就业社会支持、个人力与就业焦虑均呈显著负相关;个人力在就业社会支持与就业焦虑之间的部分中介作用显著,并且该中介作用受到性别的调节。可见,大学应届毕业生的就业社会支持通过个人力间接影响其就业焦虑,并且该机制在不同性别的大学生中有着显著的差异。
To explore the relationship between employment social support,employment anxiety and resilience of the newly-graduated college students,350 newly-graduated college students were surveyed with the Questionnaire of Employment Social Support of College Students,Individual Power Subscale,and Employment Anxiety Scale of College Graduates.The results showed that both employment social support and resilience were negatively correlated with employment anxiety;the resilience partially mediated the relationship between employment social support and employment anxiety,and the mediating effect was moderated by gender.The employment social support of the newly-graduated college students had an impact on employment anxiety by resilience,and the effect was not consistent between groups of different genders.
