摘要 新建电镀园含镍废水处理设施采用成套集成设备,以微滤-反渗透-蒸发为主体工艺,反渗透产水回用,蒸发结晶委外处理。稳定运行30d,设施可确保总镍稳定满足排放要求,日产水约154m^3,满足车间用水要求,日蒸发结晶约2m^3委外处理,系统基本实现零排放。 A complete set of integrated equipment is adopted in the newly built nickel wastewater treatment facility of electroplating Park,with microfiltration reverse osmosis evaporation as the main process,reverse osmosis produced water is reused,evaporation crystallization is outsourced for treatment.Stable operation for 30 days,the facility can ensure that the total nickel can meet the discharge requirements stably,the daily water output is about 154m^3,the workshop water demand is met,the daily evaporation crystallization is about 2m^3,and the system basically achieves zero discharge.
