摘要
酚试剂分光光度法和乙酰丙酮分光光度法作为标准方法,因操作简单而被广泛地应用于室内空气中甲醛含量的测定。从样品采集、检出限和线性范围、方法准确度等方面出发,对这两种方法进行了比较,发现两种方法在样品采集方面均有很高的回收率,但酚试剂分光光度法因为有较高的方法灵敏度,所以在面对低浓度的甲醛含量时有更高的使用价值。
The MBTH and Acetylacetone spectrophotometric methods are widely used in determination of formaldehyde in indoor air because of their simple operation.The paper compared both methods from their sample collection,detection limits and linearity range,accuracy.The MBTH spectrophotometric method has a better utility in lower concentration via its higher sensitivity.
