垃圾焚烧电厂厌氧罐酸化、AO池泡沫及氨氮超标的解决对策

摘要 垃圾渗滤液是一类较难处理的高浓度有机废水。在处理系统中厌氧罐酸化、AO池泡沫及氨氮超标时有发生,这些问题严重制约渗滤液处理系统处理能力。某项目针对厌氧罐酸化采取了外部循环水冲洗反应器、厌氧罐升温、投加新鲜污泥措施。AO池泡沫及氨氮超标问题则通过降负荷、提曝气、抽泡沫、排污泥等方法进行了有效解决。本文以某生活垃圾焚烧发电厂垃圾渗滤液处理系统的调试为例,分析项目调试中所存在的问题,并提出相对应的对策,以期为相关项目提供工作参考及实例经验。 Iandfill leachate is a kind of high concentration organic wastewater which is difficult to treat.In the treatment system,the anaerobic tank acidification,AO cell foam and ammonia nitrogen exceed the standard,which seriously restrict the treatment capacity of the leachate treatment system.For the acidification of anaerobic tank,the measures of external circulating water washing reactor,temperature rise of anaerobic tank and fresh sludge dosing were taken.The problem of AO tank foam and ammonia nitrogen exceed the standard is solved effectively by reducing load,aerating,pumping foam and sewage sludge.Taking the debugging of the landfill leachate treatment system of a domestic waste incineration power plant as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the debugging of the project,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide work reference and example experience for related projects.
