摘要
能源站作为大型建筑冷热能源供应不可缺少的重要部分,随着建筑规模越来越大,配套能源站内机电安装工程也越来越复杂。传统设计模式下,能源站内的暖通管线碰撞、各配套专业相互碰撞等问题突出,建筑信息模型(BIM)技术是解决这一问题的革新技术。本文简单介绍了BIM技术的概念及特点,结合某工程实际设计实例,对BIM技术在能源站设计阶段中的应用进行探讨。
As an indispensable part of the cold and hot energy supply of large-scale buildings,with the building scale increasing,the mechanical and electrical installation engineering of supporting energy stations is becoming more and more complex.Under the traditional design mode,problems such as the collision of HVAC pipelines and the collision of various supporting specialties are prominent.BIM Technology is an innovative technology to solve this problem.This paper briefly introduces the concept and characteristics of BIM Technology,and discusses the application of BIM Technology in the design stage of energy station based on a practical design example of a project.
