摘要
对电压质量的评价一直是当前研究的重点方向,但由于在不同情况下对每个指标的重视程度可能不一样,因此提出一种基于Vague集理论的有偏多属性决策电压质量评价方法。首先,筛选影响电压质量的重要指标;其次,构建电压质量评价方法目标函数;再次,计算出各指标的结果,采用有主观偏好层次分析法计算各指标权重,并采用一种关系模型的多属性决策方法得到评价方案的Vague集。根据方案评分函数,对每一个区域的电压质量进行评分,最后根据评分大小进行排序。
The evaluation of voltage quality has always been the focus of current research,but since the importance of each indicator may be different under different circumstances,a biased multi-attribute decision-making voltage quality evaluation based on Vague set theory is proposed.Firstly,the important indexes affecting the voltage quality are selected.Secondly,the objective function of the voltage quality evaluation method is constructed.Thirdly,the results of each index are calculated,and the subjective preference analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of each index.Then,a multi-attribute decision-making method based on a relational model is used to obtain the Vague set of the evaluation scheme.According to the scheme scoring function,the voltage quality of each region is scored,and finally sorted according to the score size.
