摘要
针对水电站安全生产活动中人因事故多发,作业人员缺乏有效管控手段的问题,系统分析作业人员管控的需求,引入无线定位、三维建模、智能视频分析等关键技术,与水电站具体生产业务相融合,设计和开发了水电站作业人员管控系统。该系统以作业人员为管控对象,以作业全过程管控为目标,实现作业人员实时定位、作业风险智能预警、作业过程可视化监管。
In view of frequent occurrence of human accidents and operators′lack of effective management and control methods in the safety production activities of hydropower stations,key technologies such as wireless positioning,3D modeling and intelligent video analytics are introduced after systematically analyzing the control requirements of operators.These technologies are integrated with specific production activities of hydropower stations to design and develop a control system for operators.With operators as management and control object and the whole operation process control as the goal,the system realizes real-time positioning of operators,intelligent early warning of operation risks,and visual supervision of the operation process.
