In order to solve the current problems of manual splicing or inconvenient telescopic operation of high-voltage operating rod,an insulation operating rod of a telescopic self-locking structure with a multifunctional operating rod head which has fast hook picking and pushing functions is designed to meet the needs of various live operations on site for the power system.
