摘要 针对配电台区低电压现有多指标评价体系中各指标权重设计不合理问题,提出了基于低电压程度、用户受影响程度、设备参数合格程度多层次多指标的配电台区低电压综合情况评价体系,并运用基于层次分析法和熵权法的主客观赋权法对各指标进行权重设计,能对配电台区低电压现象作出多维度、更全面的评价,评价结果更为客观、可靠。 Aiming at the problem of unreasonable design of the weights of indicators in the existing multi-index evaluation system of low-voltage in the distribution station area,a comprehensive evaluation system of low voltage in distribution station areas based on multiple levels and multiple indicators of low voltage,user impact,and equipment parameter qualification was proposed.The subjective and objective weighting method based on the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method was used to weight the indicators,which could make a multi-dimensional and comprehensive evaluation of the low-voltage phenomenon in the distribution station area,and the evaluation results were more objective and reliable.
