环网柜综合智能在线监测装置的研制与应用

Development and Application of Integrated Intelligent Online Monitoring Device for Ring Main Unit

针对不同厂家、结构环网柜各运行监测装置存在安装无序、布线散乱及功能单一等缺点,研制了一种环网柜综合智能在线监测装置。该装置能对环网柜运行状态的电气和非电气量信息进行在线监测和预报警分析,并具有就地显示、实时查询、存储下载和异常状态预报警等功能。该装置能帮助运维人员及时发现和避免环网柜故障,实现环网柜由"被动运维"变"主动运维",对提高环网柜的供电可靠性具有促进作用。

In view of the shortcomings such as disordered installation,scattered wiring and single function of the operation monitoring devices for ring main units of different manufacturers and structures,an integrated intelligent online monitoring device for ring main units is developed.The device can perform online monitoring and pre-alarm analysis on the electrical and non-electrical quantity information of the operating state of the ring main unit,and has the functions of local display,real-time query,storage and download,and abnormal state pre-alarm.The device can help the operation and maintenance personnel to detect and avoid the failures of ring main unit in time,which realizes the transformation of ring main units from passive operation and maintenance to active operation and maintenance.It has a promotion effect on improving the power supply reliability of ring main units.
