摘要
采用自行设计并搭建的雾化试验系统,对烟气脱硫系统大流量浆液雾化喷嘴进行流量、喷雾角及索特尔平均直径(SMD)测试,获得流量、喷雾角及SMD与压力之间的关系。试验结果表明:在额定压力下,脱硫工程大流量浆液雾化喷嘴的额定雾化特性参数与实测结果存在一定偏差,脱硫系统浆液雾化喷嘴需进行设计优化,且在浆液雾化喷嘴参数选型上应考虑预留一定余量。
By employing a self-designed and self-built atomization test system,the volume flow,spray angle and Sorter particle size(SMD)of large-scale slurry atomization nozzles for flue gas desulfurization were detected,and the relationship between the volume flow rate,atomization angle,SMD and pressure was obtained.The results show that,there is a certain deviation between the measured nozzle's rated atomization characteristic parameters and the measured results at the rated pressure.It is necessary to carry out design optimization for the atomization nozzles used in flue gas desulfurization system.Especially,a certain margin should be considered in the actual engineering design.
