温拌沥青混合料在生产阶段的节能减排量化分析 被引量:17

摘要 在全球气候变化大的背景下,许多国际和国内组织都开展了节能减排技术的研究。温拌技术是道路交通行业内的低碳环保新技术。本工作基于生命周期分析方法以及实际沥青混合料生产过程,研究了温拌技术的量化环保价值,并采用量化计算分析方法对比分析了温拌技术与热拌技术生产过程的能源消耗情况和二氧化碳排放情况,量化评估了温拌技术的节能减排效果。结果表明:温拌技术的能耗和二氧化碳排放量比传统热拌技术均降低了20%左右,节能减排效果明显,说明温拌技术是环境友好型技术,具有良好的推广和应用前景。 Faced with global climate change,many international and domestic organizations have carried out researches on energy saving and emission reduction technologies,among which the warm-mix asphalt technology is new in the road transportation industry.Based on the life-cycle analysis method,this paper gives a quantitative comparative analysis on the energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions in the production process respectively of warm mixing and hot mixing,so as to quantitatively evaluate the energy saving and emission reduction effect of the warm-mix asphalt technology.The results show that the warm-mix asphalt technology reduce the energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions by about 20%compared to the traditional hot-mix asphalt technology with notable energy-saving and emission-reduction effect.Therefore,the warm-mix asphalt technology is an efficient and feasible energy-saving and emission-reduction technology with great prospect for market promotion.
