平板对缝焊接视觉跟踪试验及异常数据分析

摘要 智能化焊接装备是焊接技术发展的必然趋势,焊缝跟踪系统研究是实现该技术的关键环节。结合企业现有平板对缝焊接装备,安装自主设计的焊缝视觉跟踪系统,以板厚为2~8 mm为试验材料,对平板对缝焊接进行了大量现场焊接试验,着重分析了试验现场的异常现象和异常数据。根据异常数据特征对视觉系统的程序算法采取了质心对比、与前一次数据等值和取中位数等改进措施,焊接效果得到了有效改善。试验结果表明将该视觉跟踪系统安装至平板对缝焊接装备上,可提高焊接精度和生产效率,对现有此类装备具有较高的应用价值和改进作用。 Intelligent welding equipment is the inevitable trend of the development of welding technology,and the research of seam tracking system is the key link to realize this technology. In combination with the existing flat butt welding equipment of the enterprise,a self-designed weld visual tracking system is installed,and a large number of field welding tests are carried out for flat butt welding with the plate thickness of 2 ~8 mm as the test material. Focusing on the analysis of abnormal phenomena and abnormal data on the test site,and the welding effect has been effectively improved,according to the characteristics of abnormal data.Some measures are taken to improve the program algorithm for visual system,such as center of mass comparison,equivalence with the previous data and median taken. The test results show that the vision tracking system can improve the welding accuracy and production efficiency by installing it on the flat butt welding equipment,which has a high application value and improvement effect on the existing equipment.
