高铁复杂腔体铸造数值仿真及控制技术研究

摘要 高铁复杂腔体铸造质量直接影响着高速列车的使用性能。以复杂腔体为研究对象,采用Anycasting软件对其铸造过程进行了数值模拟,得到了复杂腔体粒子流、流速及压力分布。并对高铁复杂腔体熔炼工艺提出了三种改进方案,研究结果表明:提高碳当量、增加铁水石墨化倾向和多次孕育有利于减少高铁复杂腔体铸件渗碳体。在改用合适的孕育剂和严格控制熔炼参数情况下,可以成功实现4 mm的高铁复杂腔体铸件无渗碳体。 The casting quality of complex cavity of high-speed iron directly affects the service performance of highspeed train. In this paper,the casting process of complex cavity was simulated by AnyCasting software,and the particle flow,velocity and pressure distribution of complex cavity were obtained. The results show that increasing the carbon equivalent,increasing the tendency of ironstone inking and multiple inoculation are beneficial to reduce the cementite of the complex cavity castings. Under the condition of proper inoculant and strict control of smelting parameters,the cementite free casting with 4 mm high iron complex cavity can be successfully realized.
