摘要
为提高复杂自由曲线数控加工的精度和效率,提出一种基于多约束控制的NURBS曲线插补速度规划方法。该方法能同时满足弓高误差、曲率特性、机床加/减速能力、Jerk限制等约束要求,并利用开放式数控系统实现NURBS曲线直接插补功能。仿真和实例表明,该方法所得速度曲线更加平滑,改善了小曲率情况下插补效率,增强了对精度和效率的协调控制能力。
In order to improve the NC machining accuracy and efficiency of complex free curve,this paper presents a multi-constrainted control velocity planning method for NURBS curve interpolation. New method is proposed to satisfy the chord error,curvature characteristics,the acceleration/deceleration capability and jerk,the function of NURBS curve direct interpolation is realized based on Open CNC system structure. Finally,the simulation and examples results demonstrated that the velocity curve is smoother,the method improved the efficiency under the condition of small curvature,enhanced the ability to coordinated control the machining accuracy and efficiency.
