摘要
飞机地面振动试验(GVT)是为了获得飞机的模态参数而设计的试验,可以为飞机制造、动力学相似模型设计、气动弹性计算、颤振分析等提供依据。为了提高试验的效率、缩短试验时间、降低试验成本,本试验利用GARTEUR飞机模型在颠簸跑道上滑行,仅利用输出响应识别机体工作模态参数。首先,以加装起落架的GARTEUR飞机模型为研究对象,采用相位共振/相位分离一体化方法识别出机体的模态参数。其次,设计了传送带装置,通过在传送带上粘贴障碍物模拟真实飞机在颠簸跑道上的滑行状态,采用PolyMAX法识别出机体的工作模态参数。最后,以加装起落架的GARTEUR飞机模型地面振动试验数据为基础,对滑行时机体的工作模态参数进行识别,通过评估证明了本研究采用的试验与仿真方法具有一定的参考价值。
The aircraft ground vibration test(GVT) is to obtain the modal parameters of the aircraft,and provides the basis for aircraft manufacturing,dynamic similar model design,aeroelastic calculation,and flutter analysis. In order to improve the efficiency of the test,shorten the time of the test and reduce the cost of the test,it is studied that only the out-put response is used to identify the operational modal parameters of the fuselage when the aircraft is taxiing on a bumpy runway. Firstly,taking the GARTEUR aircraft model with the landing gear as the research object,the phase resonance/phase separation integration method was used to identify the modal parameters of the fuselage. Secondly,by attaching obstacles on the conveyor belt to simulate the taxiing status of a real aircraft on a bumpy runway,the PolyMAX method was used to identify the operational modal parameters of the fuselage. Finally,based on the ground vibration test data of GARTEUR aircraft model with a landing gear,the operational modal parameters of the fuselage are identified during taxiing and the method is of certain reference value.
