摘要
数控火焰切割机目前被广泛应用在矿山机械、桥梁建筑、船舶建造、钢结构等行业上,其加工厚度大、加工的成本低。在实际操作数控火焰切割机进行切割加工时,切割过的钢板表面会出现一些缺陷,如:表面粗糙、边缘塌陷、形成裂纹等。针对这些情况,本文对数控火焰切割机的切割质量影响因素及切割工艺进行了探讨。
CNC flame cutting machine is currently widely used in mining machinery,bridge construction,shipbuilding,steel structure and other industries,its processing thickness is large,the processing cost is low.When the CNC flame cutting machine is actually operated for cutting,some defects will appear on the surface of the cut steel plate,such as:rough surface,edge collapse,crack formation,etc.Aiming at these situations,the article discusses the factors affecting the cutting quality of CNC flame cutting machine and the cutting process.
