硬度细长空心双头花键轴的工艺方法研究

Research on Process Method of High Hardness The Slender Hole Double-head Spline Shaft

阐述了某高硬度细长空心双头花键轴的结构特点,通过对花键轴在实际加工过程中出现的细长孔的加工、热处理变形、渐开线外花键等分性及两端花键扭转偏差等难点进行研究。总结了具有特殊要求花键轴加工工艺难点及其控制方法,最终确定加工路线,对其他结构的花键轴类零件加工具有一定的参考价值。

This paper describes the structural characteristics of a high hardness the slender hole double-head spline shaft,through to the spline axis appears the difficulty such as machining of long and thin hole,heat treatment deformation,involute external spline and torsion deviation of both ends spline in the actual processing process to carry on the research.The difficult points and control methods of spline shaft machining with special requirements are summarized,and the machining route is determined,which has some reference value for other structure spline shaft machining.
