Research on Teaching in Work-Study Environment Base on Modern Apprenticeship

现代学徒制是融合传统学徒培训和职业学校教育的人才培养模式,是解决职业知识学习所需要的工作情境、构建校企合作长效机制的重要手段。现代学徒制下的工学情景教学是现代学徒制试点的核心内容,本文针对现代学徒制下工学情景教学探索和实践,阐述了一些个人观点,为现代学徒制人才培养模式改革,提高人才培养质量奠定基础。

Modern Apprenticeship is the personnel training mode which merging traditional apprenticeship and vocational school education. It is an important mean to build a Work-Study environment for teaching vocational knowledge and to establish a long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation. Teaching in Work-Study Environment base on Modern Apprenticeship is the core content of Modern Apprenticeship pilot work. In views of Research on Teaching in Work-Study Environment base on Modern Apprenticeship,the author expresses some personal views on re-forming the modern apprenticeship training mode and improving the quality of talent cultivation.
